Odelya Bouganim, CPA
Odelya Bouganim has a strong background in accounting and finance, having earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. This education provided her with a solid foundation in business, accounting, finance, and tax. She then worked for a large global accounting firm for several years, where she delivered external audit and assurance services to gaming and hospitality companies.
In addition to her finance and accounting expertise, Odelya has a robust military background, having served for three years as an intelligence officer in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). She also has over seven years of experience owning and managing a private business that provides sales training and business consulting services across various states. In this role, she trained employees from multiple companies on sales tactics and techniques, coaching and mentoring them to meet diverse client needs in a multicultural environment. Her efforts contributed to a consistent increase in sales and profit margins for five consecutive years.
